These weekday meditation classes are open to both meditators and non-meditators. All interested are welcome. The classes involve a combination of simple concentration-based and awareness-based meditative techniques and are guided for the first 5-minutes or so. The meditation sitting will last for approximately 25-minutes, and is followed by a 10-minute relaxation and some time for questions at the end. All meditation blocks, cushions, and mats are provided for you but if you wish to bring your own, you are more than welcome to.
