Breath-awareness meditations, or mindfulness of breath act as your foundational practice, the first important steps to take towards sustaining a habitual meditation practice. This online course promises to gently ease you into an accessible meditation practice by progressing at a comfortable pace with clearly spoken instructions.

7 x guided breath-awareness meditations, 1 x for each day of the week x 7 weeks, each one ranging from 10 – 40 minutes (mp3 format);
